Hydralyte Electrolyte Ice Blocks Orange Flavoured relieves symptoms of dehydration and helps replace water and electrolytes lost due to vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise and occasional hangovers. Dehydration due to: - Vomiting & diarrhoea. - Heat. - Travel. - Vigorous exercise. - Heavy sweating. - Occasional hangovers. - Heat & excessive exercise at work. Signs of mild dehydration Sticky or dry mouth, increased thirst, lethargy, decreased urine output, dark yellow urine. Suitable for paediatric use. Suitable for use during pregnancy.

Active Ingredients

• Active Ingredients (per 62.5mL Ice Block):
• Glucose monohydrate 1g
• Citric acid monohydrate 300mg
• Sodium from Sodium chloride 61.5mg
• Potassium from Potassium Citrate 50mg

Directions

1. Place Hydralyte Ice Blocks in the freezer.
2. When frozen cut open one end with clean scissors.
3. Push the frozen Hydralyte Ice Block from the uncut end.
4. Suck small amounts until consumed.

Hydralyte Ice Blocks may be consumed unfrozen, however, Hydralyte Ready to Use Solution is more convenient as a drink.

For dehydration due to other causes:
Drink Hydralyte when thirsty or exhibiting signs of dehydration. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage.

Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists for more than:
- 6 hours in infants under 6 months.
- 12 hours in children under 3 years.
- 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years.
- 48 hours in children over 6 years & adults.
