Epsom Salts is an inorganic salt known as Magnesium Sulfate, which can be used as an natural alternative to relax the body in a warm bath. Epsom Salts can also be used as a fertiliser to overcome magnesium and sulfur deficiencies in soil; In addition, it can be used as a fabric softener.

Directions

For relaxing the body: Dissolve 375g in an average size bath of warm water.

As a soil fertiliser: to help overcome magnesium and slfur deficiencies in soil, spread Epsom Salts over soil. For citrus crops, tomatoes and lettuces etc. also apply as a foliage spray (375g - 20 litres).

As a fabric softener: Place 1 tablespoon of Epsom Salts in the washing machine before commencing the rinse cycle.
