Coles has Nature's Own B12 1000mcg 150 Pack for $5.50 this week, which is exactly half the regular $11.00 shelf price, so you're saving $5.50 without doing anything clever. Woolies has the same product on special at $9.00 (down from $9.50), so Coles is the clear pick right now by a solid $3.50. A 150-pack at that price works out to under 4 cents a tablet, which makes it one of the better-value B12 options you'll find at a major supermarket. If you've been meaning to top up your vitamins before the winter chill really sets in, this is a reasonable moment to grab a few months' worth in one go.
