Woolies has Blackmores Ashwagandha+ 60-pack down to $12.00 this week, off a was-price of $30.00, so you're pocketing $18 compared to last week, and a full $33 less than Coles' current shelf price of $45.00. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen herb used in Ayurvedic medicine to help the body handle stress, and it's one of the more searched supplements right now as people try to manage end-of-year pressure without reaching straight for a script. At $12 a pack, it's worth tossing one in your trolley even if you just want to try it, the regular price is what makes it a risk, not this one. Stock won't hang around at this price.
