Coles has Gastro-Stop Effective Diarrhoea Relief Capsules (8 pack) for $9.00 right now. Each capsule contains loperamide 2mg, which slows gut movement and gives your intestines time to reabsorb fluids, most people feel relief within one to three hours. It's the kind of thing you don't want to be hunting down when you actually need it, so picking it up during the weekly shop makes sense. Tuck it in the medicine cabinet alongside the Panadol and you're sorted for the school holidays, camping trips, or any dodgy meal that doesn't sit right.
