IGA has the Riviana Mediterranean Veg Risotto 240g for $3.50 right now, down from $8.25, so you're saving $4.75 on a packet that's genuinely useful to have in the cupboard. It's a one-pan job: add stock, stir occasionally, done in about 20 minutes. Good for a quick weeknight dinner when you don't want to think, and the 240g serves two adults comfortably. At full price it's easy to walk past, but at this price it's worth grabbing a couple to stash away.
