This includes brewing with the same ingredients; bottom-fermenting lager yeast, Italian maze and two-row spring barley. Only after the characteristic aroma and taste profile of Peroni Nastro Azzurro is fully developed, alcohol is gently removed to deliver the same taste experience of our mother brand, with the crisp and uplifting Italian taste, at 0.0% alcohol.
